Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Replace valves on radiators

Same day response to initial enquiry. Plumber available next day to view job required. Available on date required, which was short notice, to drain heating system to replace radiator valves with TRV's to be fitted by 3rd party. Very accommodating to request. Also fixed problem with kitchen tap.

Arrived on time, courteous and tidy. Checked what needed to be done then worked through job efficiently. Showed the iron sludge extracted in the machine and refiled system with inhibitors then ran up to temperature, demonstrating the improvement in the worst problem radiator. Completed job on time. Since the work required access to most of the house its nature is quite invasive but this was handled well. Many thanks.

Leaking water pipe

Evo plumbing were absolutely fantastic,I had a leaking pipe in an upstairs bedroom that was leaking through the ceiling to downstairs.I was recommended by a friend to call Evo and I have to say they were excellent.Aaron the engineer that turned up was prompt and polite and sorted our stressful problem in no time at all with no fuss and left no mess at all .I can’t thank this company enough,well done .

Diagnostic Investigation

Diagnosed malfunctioning heat exchange valve and discovered broken shower pump. Engineer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in isolating 2 problem areas. Additionally immersion heating had overheated, reset immersion heater and lowered temperature and tested. Also provided helpful information regarding how to redeem existing shower pump warranty.

Blocked drains

Jamie was very prompt to the agreed work time. He had all the equipment to carry out the work, it was done within the hour. Payment simple by card machine which produced a receipt. We are already planning to book this company again for further plumbing work / maintenance.
