Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Sorting out hole in pipe

Jordon arrived soon after I called. He found the leak and returned the next morning with tools to chip back the brick wall which the pipes curved through .He drained indoor pipes and then fitted 2 new pieces of pipe. Jordon checked that it all seemed ok and then refilled the indoor radiators and put inhibitor in the tank in the loft. He checked that every thing was working well before he left. He was very pleasant and I would recommend him and his company any time.

Check/fix leak on radiators

Steve was, as always, thorough and patient in checking our heating system for leaks which were causing a pressure drop. Identified/rectified leaks on 2 separate radiator valves..I can thoroughly recommend him and EVO plumbing and heating unreservedly.

Clear wc blockage

Jamie was able to get to us very quickly and also sorted for problem very quickly for us too. He was pleasant and friendly and the area where he worked was cleaned and tidied by him before he left.

Improved Drainage system installed including soak away

Jamie was the consummate professional. The customer service from initial call to completion of work was excellent we would definitely recommend this company.

Fixing a leaking shower

Guy was very efficient, courteous and tidy. He was very honest saying that he wasn't sure if he had fixed the problem as he couldn't see without removing loads of tiles, but fix it he did and said he would come back if there was still a problem. Removed tiles without breaking them, meaning disruption was kept to a minimum and saved the problem of getting identical tiles. He hoovered the debris with his own vacuum cleaner and charged a reasonable amount for the job. Would definitely recommend and have him back to do work in the future.

Clear Clogged shower drain

Great job by Harvey to get our bathroom drains flowing freely. Very messy job but the Bathroom was cleared and spotless before leaving. Really happy with what has been done :)
