Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

We aim to respond within 2 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.

Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which? Sorted a lifelong heating issue


We’ve had about 3 different plumbers/heating specialists come out to sort our issue with no avail. Cue, James from Evo. Came in, very polite and personable. Identified the issue and sorted this 10year heating fiasco. James was very attentive, extremely polite and personable giving us reassurance the entire time he was here. We were so impressed we’ve already booked him in again to do further work. 10/10 for these guys!

fix water mains leak


Very good service. Reported an underground mains water leak in garage late Tuesday evening, and leak was fixed and garage floor reinstated early the following morning. Struggled to find a company who could assist, but the service I received from EVO plumbing and heating was very professional

Plumbing repairs


Had three issues in the house: Loft tank filling slowly Toilet cistern continuing to fill Kitchen cold tap running slowly Mark from EVO called to let me know his time of arrival which was as quoted to me when making the booking. He identified the issues quickly and set to work. All issues resolved quickly including the purchase of a tap kit to fix the kitchen problem. Very polite and tidy. Price for work very good. Would defiantly use EVO in the future if this is the standard.

Clear blocked bathroom drain pipe


Jamie is a very pleasant and highly efficient worker. He completed the work very quickly, including making improvement to the fall of the pipe to minimise future problems.

Bath tap and mixer replacement


Immediate response to request, quick, tidy, very polite. I can always rely on the Evo guys. Have used many times.

Blocked toilet


Jamie looked at all options for the blockage as it had blocked previously. Found the root problem and dealt with it in a professional and tidy manner and even going above and beyond securing the loose toilet seat.

Exceptionally helpful and efficient service from Steve in the office and Jamie doing the job. All at a fair price. Highly recommended
